Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Simply Tech website (simply-tech.uz), the Simply products (Simply Call, Simply Task, Simply Dentist, Simply Kids) and their Meta (Facebook, Instagram) integrations collect, how it is used and how it is stored.

What data we collect

  • Data you submit through website forms: name, phone number, company name, message text.
  • Data our customers enter into Simply products (customer base, calls, tasks). It belongs to the customer; Simply Tech stores it only to provide the service.
  • Through the Meta integration: ad campaign statistics, Page and Instagram posts, and the name and phone number a user voluntarily submits through an ad form (Lead Ads).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit time — for security and error diagnostics only.

How the data is used

  • Responding to your request, showing a demo, signing a contract.
  • Running the CRM, call-center and ads management service for our customers.
  • Passing leads from an ad form into the customer's CRM as a task so an operator can contact you.
  • Data is never sold to third parties or shared with others for advertising.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data

  • Simply products access only the customer's own ad account, Page and Instagram profile through the Meta Marketing API and Graph API. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
  • Data obtained through Meta is visible only inside that customer's system and is used in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Retention and security

  • Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service. When a customer ends the contract, their data is deleted within 30 days.
  • Servers are protected with HTTPS, access is limited to authorised staff, and secrets are stored encrypted.

Data deletion

  • You can request deletion of your data at any time: email info@simply-tech.uz with the subject “Data deletion” or call +998 94 899 06 29.
  • If the data came through Facebook or Instagram (for example a phone number from an ad form), mention which Page or ad you responded to.
  • Requests are completed within 7 business days and you receive a confirmation.
